Features / Reputation Defense
Fake and rule-breaking Google reviews, flagged with the rule they broke.
Reputation Defense screens incoming low-star reviews against the platform's own published content policies, not a generic spam filter. A likely violation becomes a case with the specific policy grounds already identified, ready for you to submit through the platform's process and track to the end. A Business plan feature.
Grounded in the platform's actual rules
We maintain a library of the published review policies for 50 platforms, Google included, and screen each review against the rules of the platform it appeared on. Yelp's rules are not Google's rules, and a flag argued on the wrong policy loses. Every policy document in the library is human-approved before it is used for screening; a bad scrape of a policy page can never silently change what gets flagged.
What a case gives you
- The specific policy the review likely violates, quoted.
- The evidence from the review text, assembled.
- The right report reason to pick in the platform's flow.
- Tracking on the case, so a removal that takes three weeks does not fall through the cracks.
Custom checks: your own standing watch
Beyond platform policies, you can write up to five checks of your own in plain English. Reviews that mention a competitor, name your staff, describe services you do not offer, whatever you care about. A match is a labeled case you read and decide on. No other tool frames review monitoring as something the owner gets to define.
The honest part
Respondyr does not remove reviews. Only the platform can, and they make the final call. Vendors that promise removal are selling you the platform's decision as if it were theirs. What we sell is the part that is actually ours: finding the violation, building the case, and not letting it drop. We also never flag a review for being negative. Real criticism from a real customer is yours to answer, and we help with that on the response side.
Common questions
Can Respondyr remove a bad review?
No, and nobody else can promise that either. Only the platform can remove a review, and they make the final call. Respondyr finds the likely policy violations, assembles the evidence, and helps you flag it through the platform's own process. When a platform agrees, removal typically takes days to weeks.
Does it flag reviews just for being negative?
No. A one-star review from a real customer is feedback, not a violation. Defense looks for reviews that break the platform's published rules: spam, fake accounts, conflicts of interest, prohibited content.
What are custom checks?
Up to five standing watches you write yourself in plain English, like "mentions a staff member by full name" or "claims we did work we do not offer." A match becomes a labeled case you can read and act on or dismiss. It is a standing watch on whatever you care about.
Which reviews get screened?
One and two star reviews by default. You can widen that to three and four star. Five star reviews are never screened, because a five star review is a net win for your ranking even when the text is odd.
