Features / Respondyr HQ
The AI support inbox that answers from your playbook.
Respondyr HQ reads the email in your support mailbox, drafts a reply grounded only in your own documents, and waits for your approval. It never freelances: when your playbook does not answer the question, the email comes to you instead of getting a guess. HQ is set up with us directly, the same way Fleet is.
Grounded in your documents, nothing else
Connect the sources where your answers already live: Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion. HQ drafts from that corpus and internally cites the sections it used, so an approval is a ten-second read, not a fact-check. Questions your documents cannot answer are escalated to you, and refunds or commitments are never invented.
Approval-first, by design
Every draft waits for a human yes. The product has an autosend mode with a confidence floor for the day a mailbox has earned that trust, and it is globally held off today; we would rather earn the trust slowly than explain a wrong email quickly. Anything ambiguous or sensitive always waits for a person, in every mode.
Corrections become lessons
When you edit a draft before approving it, the correction is kept as a lesson and future drafts reflect it. Over weeks, the drafts converge on how you would have answered, because your own answers are the curriculum.
Common questions
Does HQ send emails on its own?
No. Every draft waits for a human to approve it. An autosend mode exists in the product for the day you and we both decide a mailbox has earned it, and it is held off globally today. Approval-first is the design, not a beta limitation.
What does it base its answers on?
Only your own documents: the policies, playbooks, and docs you connect from Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion. It cites internally which sections it used for each draft. If your documents do not answer the question, it says so and routes the email to you instead of guessing.
Which mailboxes does it work with?
Gmail and Google Workspace. Microsoft 365 is not supported yet; Outlook users can forward into a watched Google address as a workaround.
Does it get better over time?
Yes. When you correct a draft, the correction becomes a lesson that shapes future drafts. Your edits are the training, and they stay yours.
